Terms of service

  • The service conditions for the services provided and the service are governed by the applicable legal regulations and laws of the Czech Republic.

  • The service provides, among other things, non-warranty and post-warranty service for products of the following brands: Fronius, AEG, SMA, Kostal

  • Service opening hours are Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00. Outside opening hours only by prior arrangement by telephone.

  • Telephone inquiries about billed services and service are processed by the call center, we do not provide telephone technical support.

  • Goods for repair or overhaul can be delivered to the service address by transport or courier service, by post,  or in person by prior agreement.

  • We do not accept unordered and mutually agreed-upon personal visits to the service.

  • Before sending the product, fill out the service sheet and send it together with the product.

  • The service sheet can be downloaded here.

  • All complaints received without accompanying documents and a description of the defect will be suspended or sent back at the sender's expense.

  • The shipment must contain all information about the goods, including full contact details and a precise description of the defect.

  • For products older than 5 years, before sending them to the service center, it is absolutely necessary to carry out at least a telephone consultation with the service staff,  because the repairs of such old devices and products are not time-limited and the service may refuse the repair.

  • The service is not responsible for data stored in the customer's device, if the device allows it.

  • The customer is obliged to check the external condition of the device after repair, later complaints will not be taken into account.

  • The service reserves the right to extend the repair date by an absolutely necessary period due to the extended delivery of the spare part from the manufacturer or the busyness of the service.

  • The customer is obliged to pick up the order no later than 1 month after notification of its execution. If they do not do so, our service company will be entitled to charge a storage fee of CZK 10/day. If the customer does not pick up the order within 6 months of notification of its execution, our service company acquires the right to sell the object of the order according to § 656 of the Civil Code.
